As we are living in a new era of rapid technological development and there are mega-projects under designing / construction, With billions of dollars being spent on this  projects.

And as most of Industry Leaders are either prestigious consultancy firms or technical office engineers and under graduates and post graduates engineers working for manufacturing companies and Construction

 

 

from june 2015 to june 2018 over 700 of ( Consultants, developers, architects, engineers, designers, Students of Engineers, Fabricators, Contractors  and suppliers ) was Attended our Conferences  and  Workshops in Sustainable Façade and Building Material

                              as "Society of Façade Engineering" 

 

A building’s skin can define its value, performance and architectural expression.

Façades and building envelopes – which form the outer skins of buildings – project image and creative intent. Increasingly, they are also understood as important environmental moderators and key influencers in project risk and commercial success.

A thoughtfully designed skin can make a new building work more effectively for its owners, occupants and environment. It can also transform the performance of an existing building

Façade cladding systems have very large impacts on all aspects of any building performance.  They directly influence peak heating and cooling loads, and indirectly influence lighting loads when day-lighting is considered. 

Because they are prominent architectural and design elements and because they influence occupant preference, satisfaction and comfort, the design optimization challenge is more complex than with many other building systems

What is the benefit the development of science and technology in the absence of the Knowledge to use?

 

Really there are no benefits in the absence of knowledge of how to use this technology or weakly apply it.

We all

• Need to those who can communicate with us effectively

• Need to manufacturers, Fabricators and suppliers with high experience

• Need to engineers with high efficiency with the ability to design and implement the project equal with the same concept and required form.

 

Really, all Construction Industry need to a Professional Engineers and Leaders, need to those who can understand knowledge and apply it.

We know that all Companies are working very seriously to share the knowledge to them customers, but through the business way to deal with them for some projects (by seminars, Exhibition) but; this way not Covering  for all Informations, tools and  Knowhow  for Facade Building Materials related to sustainability.

 

All Projects has Very strong relation with all building material, that's mean we all must have the knowhow for all other building materials to work professionally with all products an materials

 

Example: now most of the recent projects are keen about energy consumption and more toward sustainability (glass, aluminum, coating, stone .., etc.) And the knowledge of the application is so naive.

There are problems occur in some projects, not because of the efficiency of the product, but from operation errors.

 

Main Objective

Provide Attendees with a broad understanding and knowledge of facade engineering. This is to ensure that they will have the skill, knowledge, Fabrications,installation  and understanding to design, manufacture and construct building facades and cladding. The Workshop is intended to broaden Attendees from their original disciplines to have an understanding of all aspects and Materials of the building envelope.
